Hello, my name is Caroline Simms, the Manager at Safe Hands Support based in Oldham. I have worked with the Social Care Sector for over 30 years, with hands on care and Management experience Managing a Re-Enablement Service, Emergency Response Service and Domiciliary Services I wanted to provide an independent, assured care service. I have gained skills and further qualifications within the Care field over my working years. I enjoy my role and serve as part of a committed caring team who work hard to ensure people reserve their independence. Our dedicated team, work closely with the Local Authorities, Support Agencies and other Professionals and have gained excellent working partnerships.

Hello , my name is Jenny Roberts and I am the General Manager. I have worked in the social sector for 30 years .I started my career as an apprentice yts and after 6 months I was employed by Oldham council in the elderly residential / short stay services , I then moved to the learning disability team where I worked for 15 years supporting clients with all aspects of care and daily living , after this I was employed on the emergency response team with ombc until taking redundancy in 2011 . I started working for safehands support in April 2011 as a support worker I have worked my way from support worker to co-ordinater to present day manager.
